Return Policy Overview

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for a different version of the same item.
  • Returns and exchanges apply only to U.S. orders.
  • We provide a prepaid, insured FedEx return label , which must be used within 7 days of issuance by dropping off your package at a FedEx location.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will review the item within 10 business days to confirm it meets our return criteria.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all tags intact.
  • Final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and suitable for resale.

  • All original tags must remain attached and unaltered for the item to qualify for a return or exchange


Return Approval Criteria

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  •  Items must be in their original, unworn, and salable condition, with all tags attached and unaltered.

  • Each piece includes a merchandise tag, which must remain intact and unchanged.

  Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being declined, and the item will be sent back at the customer's expense.
