Processing Time
In stock items will be processed within 3 business days. Most "Custom made to order" pieces are estimated to require 6-9 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description. If your order is a rush, please email contact@zarux.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.
Insured Shipping
Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. ZARUX orders always come with fully insured shipping and any shipment $2,000+ requires signature upon delivery. Please know that due to the value of these orders this is not something we can waive. Also, the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to ZARUX due to several failed delivery attempts.
